My name is Tanya. I offer gentle, nurturing online somatic co-regulation sessions designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and deeply at ease from the comfort of your own space.

While I am not currently offering in-person sessions, my virtual sessions create a soothing environment where you can settle into your bed or couch, unwind, and experience the calming effects of attuned presence, guided touch awareness, breathwork, and emotional grounding cues.

My approach blends warmth, steady companionship, and mindful co-regulation to help you relax your nervous system, ease stress, and feel less alone in whatever you’re carrying. Many clients find these sessions surprisingly comforting, intimate, and restorative — even through a screen.

I am a certified hypnotist and breathwork practitioner and am the owner, operator of a wellness company.
