My friends would describe me as kind and alternately too vulnerable and too cerebral. I like to go for both at once, actually.

I like long hugs and being the big spoon.

I thrive with relationships with emotional availability and so I'm hoping for a miniature version of that in a platonic context just for a nice reset in the day.


We have so little of each other, now. So far
from tribe and fire. Only these brief moments of exchange.
What if they are the true dwelling of the holy, these
fleeting temples we make together when we say, “Here,
have my seat,” “Go ahead — you first,” “I like your hat.”
