I wasn’t sure what to expect since this was my first session, but it turned out to be deeply grounding and beneficial. I left feeling calm, steady, and more present. The experience was professional, respectful, and intentional, with clear boundaries that made it easy to relax.
I asked Jana to take the lead, and I’m glad I did. She was kind, open, and grounding, thoughtfully explaining her recommendations along the way. I’m genuinely glad I gave myself permission to try it.
