Professional cuddling is a growing means of therapy that can offer physical, social, emotional, and therapeutic benefits both in person and virtually.

I am a huge advocate of the healing power of touch. When done with care, consent and consideration, mutual touch can have a profound transformative effect on an individual.

I am a professionally trained healer by trade with a background in massage therapy. My sessions combine connected language with maternal touch, mutual touch, energy work, breath work and relaxation. I incorporate sound healing and play therapy as well. I play relaxing music during our sessions for a complete sensorial experience.

For virtual sessions I offer virtual cuddling (pillow or large stuffed animal work great for this) in an intimate, relaxed setting that can include calming soft talk, mirror touch, listening to music together or complete silence...whatever feels best to you. While the physical act of touch is missing, the emotional connection is there. This may be an even easier way to connect for some.
