Sometimes you just need a place to exhale. A warm embrace. Good company. Time to relax without having to entertain anyone or hold everything together.
That’s what I offer through professional cuddling—a welcoming space where you can feel comfortable, cared for, and free to be yourself. Whether you’ve had a stressful week, miss comforting touch, or simply want a quiet break, you’re welcome here. 💛
I’m a retired Army veteran, certified life coach, and an experienced professional cuddler returning to a practice I previously built with regular clients. I enjoy meaningful conversations, laughter, and comfortable silence. We can talk or quietly unwind together—there’s no pressure to fill every moment.
A little about me: I love working out, eating healthy—with occasional exceptions 😂—and spending time at the beach. Sunshine is my happy place! I’m curious about people and enjoy hearing their stories and perspectives.
Booking & availability
I’m fully booked for the next week, and upcoming appointments are filling quickly. Please plan ahead to reserve your time.

• $120 per hour | One-hour minimum
To give my clients my full attention, I keep messages focused on questions about my services and booking paid sessions. Our session is where we can take our time getting to know each other.
When you’re ready to book, please send your preferred date, time, and session length. If you’re new to professional cuddling, you’re welcome to ask questions about what to expect.
Sessions are strictly platonic, nonsexual, and fully clothed. We’ll discuss comfort and preferences beforehand, and either of us can request an adjustment or stop at any time.
You don’t need to be outgoing or have the perfect words. Come as you are—I look forward to welcoming you. 💛

Liz is very professional at what she is doing, she has wonderful knowledge of the cuddling therapy. Besides that, she is exceptional, beautiful, soft, calm and clean and also kind friendly. I had wonderful time.I will definitely cuddle with Liz again :)

Man o man, Liz is one of the most fantastic person I ever met in my cuddle journey, she is very warm, cozy, friendly, and has a great smile on her face to help you decompress ur mind, body n soul, and get you fully charged with lot of nurturing, positive energy, good vibes, joy n happiness, so you can enjoy ur existence on being on this planet with a healthy mindset. I would say she is like a cuddle goddess to flip ur life upside down to keep u mentally happy, and feel alive. She is like a magician to me to help me reprogram my brain n helps me forgets worries of my life. On occasion, you meet someone who is genuine and kind hearted to their core reminding oneself plenty of good people still exists. LizCuddles23 has such an inviting friendly presence about her and made me feel at ease and relaxed. She is an exceptional lady to be treated as such.
