* I’m willing to travel outside of my area for an add’l fee (see below), at least a 2hr+ minimum session for travel. Further outside my area is a 4hr+ minimum session. *

• 24+ hours notice — free to reschedule or receive full refund.
• Under 24 hours - 50% session fee charged.
• No-show - full session fee charged. This is to compensate the Pro for lost business as Pro would unlikely be able to find another client for that scheduled period at such short notice.
• If you cancel within 24 hours and your session includes a rental space arrangement prepaid for by the Pro, we ask you pay the full price of that rental cost. This is to compensate the Pro for what would otherwise be a tangible financial loss.
• Travel fees are non-refundable if cancelled under 24 hours.
