Some people were put on this earth to take care of others, to guide them through hard times and reassure them of their worth. Lee is one such angel who did both during our online introductions alone.
In person, Lee is a powerhouse of love and affection. That kind of determined joy comes from a lifetime of overcoming challenges. (I was privileged to hear some of her story.) Our hour wasn't enough time, but Lee still managed to offer myriad positions and techniques that kept me feeling connected.
My deepest gratitude is for Lee's effort to have me feel comfortable. She created what seemed a snuggle fort floating atop a cloud of pillows and lights, complete with fruits and sweets. She gave me time to process that emotional inner-child who just wants everything to be okay. She encouraged me to dive deeper into somatic therapies that might address my trauma.
If I'm unable to book Lee again, she is now my template for finding a gentle and generous cuddle partner, next time.
