Touch is my love language. And most think that means sex. Quite often that is not the case. For example, when training dogs, the trainer uses light touches to disrupt the dog from fixating on something. The different sense breaks up the thought pattern and redirects the mind. Being somewhere in the spicy neurodivergant spectrum anything that has to do with the senses to me is helpful. I've experienced a lot of loss in a very short period of time. Cuddling helps to keep my mind in a peaceful place, and hopefully I can help keep yours in a peaceful place as well.
