I am grateful I found the cuddle world. I love cuddling - there's nothing quite like holding somebody and being held. We simply cannot thrive without the touch of another person. And we are here to thrive, not just survive. Cuddling allows for the courageous to receive what we need for our wellbeing.

Working with people has always been my focus as I was in the Peace Corps, worked in youth ministry, schools and currently into healing naturally through food, essential oils, sound, drumming, breathwork and conscious connection. I love learning about the art of connection and authenticity.

My intention is for you to feel safe and comfortable to be seen, cared about, relaxed and nurtured through light touch, snuggling and chatting. If you desire, I love starting out with the lap pillow as you receive nurturing touch to calm CNS and fully arrive, you lay on front and/or back. My favorite cuddle is the half spoon.

Everyone is unique so I listen to what you desire as a cuddle client and what would allow for the best platonic session that allows you to quiet your mind, calm your nerves, deeply relax and enjoy being. Our mutual safety and comfort are of utmost importance. Following the agreements allows for the most relaxing and "dropping into connection" experience. I will respect you and just ask the same in return. I love to have great conversations about life and am a great listener. I also enjoy silence.

I have a great spot I rent to host for cuddle sessions in South Minneapolis. I can set it up for watching a movie if that is what you desire. I am also a nature lover and will meet in public at a few places for blanket time, hammock or hike for cuddle, healing touch and talk.
