“Attention is the rarest and purest form of generosity” -Simone Weil
I think every human being just wants to be seen and accepted as they are. I love to create a safe place for people to feel held and cared for.
Others have described me as warm, authentic, intuitive, and grounded. I do a lot of work with my own nervous system so I can be fully present with others. Safety is an embodied experience... and helping people feel safe is one of my greatest joys in life.
Wherever you’re at in your life, you are loved and accepted here, exactly as you are…Being human is vulnerable, beautiful, messy, and hard. We're in this together. :)
My deepest desire is to bring loving presence, kindness, nonjudgement, and care to each and very person I meet. Tell me your sorrows, your dreams, your fears. All of it is welcome.
Other interests: mysticism, dance, psychology, psychedelics, herbalism, community building, authentic relating, and nonviolent communication.

What do sessions with me typically look like? Gentle music, soft pillows and blankets, and lots of caring touch, in a safe and nurturing environment. We focus on consent, relaxation, and what feels good.
Most of my sessions are pretty relaxed, and look like two humans being human together. For those looking for a more facilitated experience, I have also been trained in integrative manual therapy and acupressure and would be happy to offer those modalities during cuddle sessions.
In-person cuddle rate: $100 an hour (cash)
Virtual cuddle rate: $80 an hour
Sessions are customizable... feel free to ask for specific cuddle positions, breathwork/meditation, somatics coaching, etc.
New clients: please reach out to me with the day/time you’re looking to book, as well as a little about you and what you want out of our time together.
My cuddle space is located in Northeast Minneapolis.
************Basic boundaries************
1. The cuddle sessions are platonic and will not become sexual or romantic. We both agree to keep things appropriate throughout the entirety of the session.
2. We both agree we will not touch undergarment areas (this includes any part of the body that would typically be covered by a swimsuit).
3. Both parties agree to speak up if ever uncomfortable (this could be as simple as an arm falling asleep).
4. New clients are requested to send a picture and name before the first session (unless a picture and name are already listed on their profile).
5. Payment is required at the beginning of a session. Please bring cash for in-person sessions.
Establishing safety is important as it allows both of us to relax and co-regulate throughout our time together. Cuddling is very sweet and intimate, and the focus of these sessions is healing and relaxation. I do not engage in erotic energy. Please ask for clarification around boundaries if you need it. :)
I ask that clients read through the website's client agreement form & agree to it before booking:

Trainings I’ve done include: somatics course through Holistic Life Navigation, somatics course through Embody Lab, collective trauma healing course with Thomas Hubl, somatic movement course with Sarah Warren, compassionate inquiry course with Gabor Mate, and several internal family system (IFS) workshops.
I’ve also been practicing mindfulness for 10 years. I have also hosted several cuddle gatherings, where I talk to people about consent, boundaries, body awareness, cultural sensitivity, and coregulation.
If you made it this far, thanks for reading!
