I’m a calm presence, and people tell me that I inspire than and am very supportive. I guess the trouble is I don’t have a whole lot of people I can lean on myself. I’m a former yoga instructor and have practiced several meditation practices deeply, and I’m looking to try this as a way of releasing more.
