About me
Hello friend, I am a cuddler, life coach and intimacy guide. In my practice I offer a safe place for you to relax your nervous system, and expand your capacity for intimacy and authentic self-expression, through an embodied experience. We explore together what you need and want in the moment. It may include ritual, play, pleasure, tears, surrender, rediscovering the landscape of your body, uncovering inner territories of feeling.
I offer myself as a teacher and vessel for your healing, growth, and self-discovery. I am a male body who has worked on myself for 25 years, to find my healing so that I can be fully present and safe with my clients.
Sessions often begin with a discussion of desires and fears. The more honest we can be with each other, the more we can find true ease and self-expression. This is often iterative, trust builds gradually; shields come down slowly. At your pace, with your 100% consent.
I deeply value vulnerability. It took me a long time to understand that we can be powerful AND vulnerable.. Sharing insecurities is my favorite thing.
I value social evolution, so we can co-create a safer world where there is less judgement and condemnation. I often wear gender-nonconforming clothing (eg. dresses) to demonstrate how it’s ok to be different, to be free to express our authentic selves. Also, dresses are really comfy!
I work with all bodies, all genders, all abilities, all diversities, all income levels. My primary requirement is kindness, or the desire to be more kind. We are all magic beings, when we take the time to slow down and rediscover beauty.
I offer holistic support in many areas, such as:
- Learning to speak clearly about your desires and insecurities
- Connecting with touch, body sensations, and pleasure
- Releasing shame and repression
- Developing body acceptance, confidence and self-love
- Learning what boundaries and consent feel like
- Rekindling intimacy and excitement in relationship(s)
- Healing trauma, abuse and neglect
- Personal growth, identifying the beliefs and shadows that sabotage your success.
