Ghost town aka Cuddlecomfort

  • Your profile looks decent. Maybe add a few more pictures and expand on your written part, just know when someone visits they get a good gist of who you are. I would suggest at first seeking out a pro with a lot of karma, and I would work on getting your karma higher.

I've been on here since 2021 and haven't yet had a cuddle. Hope springs eternal.

I chalk this up to 1) I don't do paid cuddling, and we all know how hard it is to find genuine and interested enthusiasts, 2) I'm choosey--I'm not open to cuddling absolutely anyone who wishes to cuddle with me, and 3) the profiles I've contacted are probably fake (I've done photo searches that have confirmed this).

  • @FitSmartCuddler I'm sorry anyone said that to you. We all have our reasons why we're here. Hopefully, you'll find what you're looking for.
    Good luck!

I can't speak for everyone but we all have lives away from CuddleComfort. Personally, I've taken breaks here and there, I also took off the last few weeks for the holidays. Personally, I always apologize for not responding in a timely manner and I let them know why I haven't responded sooner. But maybe that's because of what I do for a living where reliability is a must.

I'm really sorry people aren't responding and they aren't apologizing when they're back. Maybe take the advice of others and sort by last time logged into the site.

I wish you well in your many adventures and happy cuddling!

Although Cuddle Comfort is a global website, it is not universal. Not even in the USA, where there are significant areas with little or no activity on the site.

If you are in an average area, meeting people is either good luck or a learnable skill. These threads may help:

    Getting started

    Meeting fellow enthusiasts

    Professional cuddling

  • @FitSmartCuddler well I’m sorry to hear that. Have you thought about traveling to another city? Expand your search to 300 miles, you might find a wider net. Send lots of messages to fellow enthusiasts, and expect most of them not to respond. Hopefully you can find a match! Because it needs to be a match on some level

  • @LandoftheForest I live in the burg and have met a number of folks from here. Not a big cuddle area, but a number of responsive folks.

  • Send Message = fake account

  • Woman enthusiast here.

I joined 11 days ago and yes, I’ve gotten more messages than I would have expected. Approximately two a day. And all from men enthusiasts.

Five of those are out of state, so no physical cuddle to be expected.

About half of the locals are 30+ miles away, which means building a regular schedule would be tough.

Of the 8-10 “geographically desirable” enthusiasts, I’ve cuddled with one once and the second will likely happen in a week or so.

I’m not sure how much of this is gender vs being in a “high traffic cuddling” region.

    I suspect both.

I do engage with everyone, and over half of my conversation threads end with messages from me that are unreplied to for days.

@FitSmartCuddler Wow, for 5 years, though? And still searching? You are very patient, my friend!

Well in this year of the fire horse, I hope you find a good cuddle buddy. I hope this to be a great year for connections in general.

  • 🎩 Top of the morning to you Ol’ Lad,

From my experience, there tends to be a scarcity of professionals and enthusiasts in many areas, but certain cities see more activity. For instance, in Northern California, the Bay Area is a hotspot. However, even in less populated areas, new people often pop up—some are travelers, some are just exploring, and others genuinely seek connection.

It's definitely a long game. It took me about six months before I had the chance to meet and cuddle with an amazing lady with the additional karma. That initial experience opened doors to more opportunities with others who were flexible about meeting. In less active areas, you might need to do more outreach—sending messages back and forth with nearby individuals to set up a meeting.

Some people only judge based on what they see on paper, but I’ve found that those who are open to meeting often have the most rewarding experiences. I still have to put in a fair amount of effort to connect with cuddlers near and far. Many may respond, but not everyone will be able to meet based on your availability and their requests.

The reality is that in many areas, some professionals have their regular clients, so they might prefer to stick with those they've built rapport with. Meeting someone new can be a bit of a gamble, but it’s also full of potential. You’ll meet some great people, and while some connections might not click, you may also encounter wonderful individuals who are just passing through.

Keep your head up and stay persistent! Finding that opportunity is a bit like job hunting after college—someone will recognize your worth, and those who take a chance on you will be glad they did. Best of of luck Lad!

Thanks! (To you and others who have also expressed their support/sympathy. )

"Have you thought about traveling to another city? Expand your search to 300 miles, you might find a wider net."

Maybe, but I'm not willing to travel nearly that far for cuddle.

"Send lots of messages to fellow enthusiasts, ..."

Unfortunately, I generally don't see lots of enthusiasts I want to cuddle with--I see a few. Like I said, I'm choosey. And I'm pretty sure the few I'm interested have also attracted the attention of a thousand other men, so the odds aren't good. That's assuming it's even a real profile, which investigation has shown that in at least some cases, they're not.

" ... and expect most of them not to respond."

Well, that generally is my expectation after five years of zilch.
