My first session with Autumn, and I booked two hours not knowing what to expect—then found myself extending for a third because leaving felt impossible.
Part of what makes her practice special starts before the cuddling begins. Her introductory process—exploring touch preferences, breathwork, the consent game—isn't warm-up ritual. It's finely tuned practice that builds real connection before you ever settle into her arms. The last question of that consent game? I won't spoil it, but it landed perfectly.
The way she attunes to you—reading your cues, giving her full attention without pressure—creates something rare. Her background as a sex educator means she frames arousal as normal rather than shameful; paradoxically, that openness makes platonic boundaries feel freeing, not restrictive. Her sincere interest, her life experience deep enough to know and not just listen, her unconditional acceptance of who you are in that moment, the calm that settles when she holds you—it all converges. You find yourself voicing thoughts you'd normally keep buried, even from yourself.
Two hours flew by, which is why I needed that third—and why I'm already scheduling the next while she's still in Florida.
Technically not therapy. Effectively therapeutic nonetheless.
