Due to the high volume of requests for services I do not offer, I've been guided to check messages here only every 24 hours. Therefore, same day requests are unlikely.

I meditate daily, sage & have a spiritual practice. I can talk for hours about energy practices, mediumship, ceremonies and more. I am trained in co-regulation & some say they feel restored after our time together, sometimes lasting for days. I am experienced in abundance & grief practices as well as trauma informed.

I'm a certified LIFE COACH. Have you ever wanted to be deeply heard while physically wrapped in caring arms? It's my passion to meet you where you are. We can talk about anything while cuddling; I love hearing people's stories as well as being able to hold space when times are more challenging. I'm told I'm accepting and open minded. I'm happy to offer reflections if and when they are requested, blending formal training with practical life experiences. Everyone can use a hug (cuddle) now and again as well as an occasional shoulder to cry on.

I'm also certified in REIKI (Level 1,2,3, Master, Kundalini, Shamanic). I enjoy crystals and meditating so just lying listening to our breath is good with me as well.

What can you expect in a session with me?
- I will follow your lead if you prefer to talk or have more stillness.
- I love giving head massages & have been told they are very soothing. If you have trouble sleeping, I may be the cuddler for you ;)
- I can include reiki energy / sound healing .
- If I host, I offer water & tea, soft lighting, soothing music, scented candles, fuzzy blankets.
- A safe space, mind, body & soul.

Some tips to facilitate this process:
- I wear a T-shirt or tank top as well as yoga pants or shorts .. let me know if you have a preference .. these items will remain on

- please note I'm in Oakville (west of Toronto for travelers) .. I host sessions starting at one hour .. if you would like me to be a guest I appreciate contributions towards gas and time .. this is a scale in consideration of the length of the session .. I do visit Toronto for personal reasons & can try & coordinate a get together when I'm already in the city

- free, safe, on street parking

- If you are coming from Toronto or other location not near me, I am a few minutes drive from the GO and offer complimentary pick up / drop off (this does not reduce our agreed to cuddle time)

- I'm happy to connect virtually $70 / hour & $40 / 30 minutes

- I offer complimentary 10 minute zoom calls to better personalize our time together

- It is important to me that our time together is positive .. this can be a combination of reviewing Karma on our profiles, exchanging photos, video call in advance of any personal information, see above what to expect (if you are interested in something specific not mentioned I encourage you to be direct & ask me about it in advance to avoid disappointment)

- I respect your right to choose the connection that is best for you .. I have tried to put time & intention into creating my profile to clarify the services I do offer. I do prefer questions in advance but please respect my choice for services I do not offer. If you are looking to change my mind, fair notice I am very clear on my boundaries. Spending my time with those who are the right fit is more important than money.

- I offer discounts for overnight sessions that include sleep time for those I have previously met for at least one cuddle

- I accept cash, etransfer & paypal

- I understand life happens & respect your time .. I connect best with those who do same .. if cuddling together is a maybe, this time is not held for you .. if you have confirmed, I have a cancellation policy .. under 6 hours 75%, under 12 hours 50%

- Unfortunately there has been an uptick in cuddlers running late & I do offer 10 minutes grace before our cuddle time starts so please use GPS so we can maximize our time together.

- Considering a longer connection? These now require a $25 deposit due to my time invested planning & last minute cancelations.

- I follow Cuddle Comfort guidelines & by booking with me it is expected you have read these terms & agree

**For potential US virtual cuddlers ** .. our first connection will be through zoom & funds will be transferred through paypal .. I appreciate if this may not be a fit for you & thank you for reviewing my profile & I respect your choice to find a better match. Also, sadly my complimentary 10 minutes is only for cuddlers looking for in person due to the volume of virtual requests going over time & not subsequently not booking.

Seasonal May to September
In addition to an indoor space, I have a beautiful outdoor space available (in Oakville). It includes a comfy couch, shade, water to drink, colorful flowers and a sparkling pool. Treat yourself to a mini spa day & be pampered.
