I'm hoping to be a soft place to rest amidst the middle of the chaos.
Whether you want a "basic" laid-back cuddle, or a highly tailored and therapeutic session, or something in between - I've got you covered.

Sessions can be tailored to your unique preferences and needs, so long as those are within the platonic boundaries & any additional boundaries that we set together. I want to get to know and understand you, so that the experience is as fulfilling as it can be. So please don't hesitate to talk with me about any aspect of your experience the comes to mind.
We can talk our way down rabbit holes, or we can just enjoy a meditative silence, and everything in between. Everything is shared in confidence, as you would expect from a talk therapy session.

My background:
My formal education is in Clinical Psychology (undergraduate degree) and Clinical Mental Health Counseling (most of a graduate degree). I've worked primarily as a caregiver for kids and adults with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.
I’ve also had an abundance of “life training” through intentionally learning and growing from all of my relationships (with friends, family, partners, colleagues), and by working through my own health challenges. I have developed and continue to grow a pretty strong skillset in interpersonal relationships, somatic healing, nutrition, mental health work, etc.

**I am typically slow to respond and a little difficult to book with, as I have several chronic health conditions that affect my availability and general bandwidth. The quality of our sessions won't be significantly impacted; there are a few small accommodations I might ask for. I am happy to talk about this in more detail. The good news: My health issues have significantly contributed to my levels of compassion and sensitivity, so there is a benefit to you:)

I had a wonderful session with Kat. She immediately makes you feel at ease upon first meeting. She is so warm, kind, and concerned for your needs that I felt an emotional healing took place after our encounter. She is also a wonderful listener and confidant. My 2 hour session literally flew by. Please have no hesitation and schedule an appointment with Katrina. You will definitely feel nurtured and physically and emotionally satisfied afterward. I highly recommend her !

Her handle & profile really say it all - she has a remarkable gift for empathy & connection, which she expresses both physically & emotionally. Her communication is clear but tender, and she made me feel fully accepted in what was my first cuddle session. I felt right at home with her from the first moments, and I ended our time together with a full heart. I really hope to spend more time with her in the future.

Kat is amazing. From the first moment, she was completely focused on me. Her touch was incredible and her cuddles made me feel cared for. And our conversation was great, too.
